Payment
BeenPoster.dk accepts payment via VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, and ApplePay. The payment will be charged once your order has been shipped. All amounts on the webshop are in DKK and include VAT.
BeenPoster uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read, and we guarantee secure payment.
Delivery
You can choose between home delivery and delivery to a parcel shop via GLS and Bring. The expected delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Once your order has left the warehouse, the responsibility for delivery and delivery time transfers to the shipping company. Furthermore, BeenPoster cannot provide a delivery guarantee for items on backorder if external suppliers are delayed in their expected delivery time to us. This means that in some cases, the delivery time may be longer than 1-3 business days if either the shipping company is responsible for the delay or if we do not receive goods by the estimated time. If the delivery time is unexpectedly longer than 1-3 business days, this will be stated on the website.
During peak season, especially around Black Friday and Christmas, we often experience extra high volumes. The delivery time in this period may therefore be slightly longer than normal, but we naturally do our best to send your order as quickly as possible.
Returns
Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer. You can purchase a return label from us for 75 DKK. The product must be in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging. As soon as we receive the return package at our warehouse, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which the order was purchased. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.
When purchasing a poster, a free stamp and stamp ink are included. When returning the poster, the associated stamp and stamp ink must be returned in the same shipment. If the accessories are not returned, the unit price per missing item will be deducted from the refund.

Uncollected parcels from parcel shop
When refunding uncollected orders delivered to a parcel shop, the shipping cost as well as the fee incurred for returning the package to the warehouse will be deducted. The remainder of the order price will be refunded to the customer.

Right to claim
A 2-year right to claim is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right to claim applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. The claim does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect use of the product. For claims, please contact: info@beenposter.dk
Right of cancellation
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of cancellation when shopping with us.
The deadline starts from the day you receive your order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give us an unequivocal message within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase. This is done by sending an email to info@beenposter.dk. You cannot cancel simply by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.
Insight and complaints
You have the right to be informed about which personal data we process about you. You may also object to the use of information at any time. You can also revoke your consent for the processing of your data. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. Inquiries regarding this can be made to: info@beenposter.dk. If you wish to complain about our processing of your personal data, you also have the option of contacting the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
