At BeenPoster, you have a 30-day full satisfaction guarantee and right of return. The period is calculated from the day you receive your order.

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. You can purchase a return label from us for 75 DKK. The product must be in the same condition as when purchased and in its original packaging. As soon as we receive the return package at our warehouse, the amount will be refunded to the same account used for the purchase. You will receive an email once your order has been refunded.
When purchasing a poster, a free stamp and stamp ink are included. When returning the poster, the accompanying stamp and stamp ink must be returned in the same shipment. If the accessories are not returned, the unit price per missing item will be deducted from the refund.
Uncollected parcels from a parcel shop
For refunds on uncollected parcels from a parcel shop, a fee of 49 DKK will be deducted. The remainder of the order value will be refunded to the customer. Read more about payment, delivery, and the right to complain under the "Terms and Conditions" tab.
